Project Magneto is a private, invite-only platform designed exclusively for professional, institutional, and qualified investors who possess the necessary experience and knowledge to evaluate the risks associated with financial markets. By requesting access, you represent and warrant that you meet these criteria.
5. Performance References
Case studies, dated examples, and percentage moves shown anywhere on this site (including the scrolling "lab notebook" tape) are observational records of what the system detected or missed on the public market tape, drawn from our internal post-mortems. They are not trading results, do not represent gains achieved by us or by any user, are not a representative sample of all system output, and are not indicative of future performance. Documented misses are published alongside detections deliberately.
6. Privacy & Data
When you request an invite we store the information you submit (email address, trading style, and any free-text request) solely to review your request and to contact you about it. We do not sell, share, or use this information for marketing lists or drip campaigns. To access or delete your submission, email invite@magneto.one and we will action it. Approved members receive a separate account notice; declined or dormant requests are periodically purged.
7. Operator & Governing Law
Project Magneto is operated by Bar Tech One Ltd., a company registered in Israel. These terms and any dispute arising from use of this site are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Contact: invite@magneto.one.
